ABOUT

Passionate About Empowering Others

Hello! I'm Jennifer Pressley, an ADHD life coach specializing in guiding parents of children ages 4-12 with ADHD and executive function deficits, as well as parents who navigate ADHD themselves. Drawing from my personal journey with ADHD, both as an individual and as a parent, I offer a unique blend of empathy and insight to empower families on their ADHD parenting path.

Recognizing the pressing need for ADHD services in my community, I made the bold decision to depart from my 15-year career in Corporate America and establish Pressley ADHD Coaching LLC. My mission is clear: to enhance access to ADHD resources, provide unwavering parent support, and dismantle barriers within the ADHD community.

I've been a working mom, stay-at-home mom, "mom-preneur," and I've parented while working part-time remotely so can empathize with parents juggling lots of hats simultaneously. In my previous roles, I prided myself on being a nurturing leader and collaborative team member. I frequently championed mentoring and training initiatives to fostering the professional growth and success of my peers, leading me unbeknownst at the time to a coaching career.

I've now completed 116 hours of ADHD-focused life coaching training as a graduate of The ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), the first and largest comprehensive ADHD Coach Training Program fully accredited by the ICF (Level 1 and 2) and PAAC (AACTP). Under a seasoned mentor coach, I'm continuing skill refinement as I pursue my certification. Complementing this training, I hold a BBA from Texas A&M University with a minor in psychology.

My husband and I reside in McKinney, Texas, raising two children (ages 7 and 11). Our parenting journey includes supporting a child with dyslexia, anxiety, and ADHD, an experience that led to my own ADHD diagnosis at age 40. When I'm not enjoying time with friends and family, you'll likely find me fitting in a strength-training session or indulging in a Netflix binge.

Passionate about working with families, I remain active in volunteer roles as a Cub Scouts den leader, soccer coach, at school events, and writer for Collin County Moms. These experiences continually fuel my dedication to making a positive impact in the lives of children and families.
