What is coaching?
ADHD coaching is a collaborative partnership between coach and client to facilitate personal insight and growth that leads to a more satisfying and productive life.
As a coach, I provide support to help you develop a deeper understanding of ADHD and your unique brain wiring. My approach is not to fix perceived deficits but to help you enhance and leverage the strengths, skills, and resources you already possess to help you shift problems into goals, accelerate action, and help you stay accountable to those goals.
Who can benefit from coaching?
I believe that anyone can benefit from coaching! In general, life coaching is about setting future goals and strategizing about how to meet them. ADHD coaching provides a space to look at the areas of your life that are impacted by ADHD and help you find creative solutions to address those obstacles. Think of your ADHD coach as a strategic advisor - helping you to build the life you want to be living!
