A Trusted Coaching Resource for Your Patients Affected by ADHD

Practical, strengths-based support for parents and individuals navigating ADHD and executive-function challenges.

If you work with children, adults, or families affected by ADHD, you know that a diagnosis or treatment plan is only one piece of the puzzle.

Parents may understand their diagnosis but still need help navigating the everyday challenges that happen between appointments: routines, organization, transitions, emotional dysregulation, task avoidance, boundaries, overwhelm, and managing the demands of life.

That’s where ADHD coaching can help.

I'm Jennifer Pressley, AACC, ACC, founder of Pressley ADHD Coaching and certified ADHD coach. I work with parents of children ages 5–12 with ADHD and executive-function challenges, as well as adults navigating ADHD themselves.

My approach is strengths-based, research-informed, collaborative, and focused on real-life application. Coaching can complement the medical, psychological, educational, and therapeutic support a client or family may already have.

I’d welcome the opportunity to become a trusted referral resource for your practice and the clients you serve.

Why Refer Someone for ADHD Coaching?

Clinical providers address important aspects of ADHD diagnosis, treatment, and mental health care. Coaching focuses on helping clients apply that knowledge to everyday life.

Together, we identify what's creating the most friction and explore practical ways to build systems, strategies, and supports that fit the person's individual needs. For parents, this may mean understanding their child's behavior and executive function challenges while developing more effective ways to respond. For adults, this may mean creating sustainable systems for managing work, home, relationships, time, organization, and emotional regulation.

The goal isn't to "fix" ADHD. It's to help people better understand how their ADHD brain works, work with their strengths, and build strategies that make everyday life more manageable.

A Collaborative Approach to Care

ADHD coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for clinical care. I do not diagnose ADHD, prescribe medication, or treat mental health conditions.

I stay within the scope of coaching and believe clients families benefit when the professionals supporting them understand and respect one another's roles.

When a concern falls outside the scope of coaching, I encourage the client or family to seek appropriate professional support. With the client's permission, I'm also happy to collaborate with members of their existing care team.

I'm also a parent navigating ADHD in my own family.  Like many women, I also received my own ADHD diagnosis after my child's, validating decades of life experiences before I had the language for neurodiversity, twice-exceptionality, and executive dysfunction.  That lived experience along with my professional training is woven into all of my interactions with clients.

Before becoming an ADHD coach, I spent 15 years in the corporate world collaborating with leaders across industries. I bring that same professionalism and respect to my coaching practice.

I work with clients across the United States based out of McKinney, Texas, online via Zoom. I am currently accepting new clients.

How to Refer a Patient

Referring a client is simple. There is no formal referral process required.

1. Share this page or PressleyADHDCoaching.com with them directly.

2. Mention my name and encourage them to schedule a 30-minute FREE discovery call at their convenience to learn more about coaching and determine whether it's a good fit.

3. Send a brief email to pressleyadhdcoaching.com and copy the patient with a note that you recommend they connect.

Every new client begins with a free 30-minute discovery call. During this call I explain how coaching works, answer their questions, and complete an initial intake conversation. Individuals and parents can explore coaching without an obligation to continue.  If they decide to proceed, they complete a brief intake questionnaire and coaching agreement before our first paid session.

Sessions are $85 per session (45 minutes), held via Zoom. Package discounts available.
